John Rocca, born in Italy October 5, 1947, immigrated to Saint John, New Brunswick in April 1960 where he now lives. John is involved in the management and operations of several companies, including the Rocca Group in which he is directly involved in the acquisition of land, changing zoning, design, construction, leasing and development management group, and the PCM and consulting services. John has also written extensively on the revitalization of city centers and waterfronts, and has also been invited to be keynote speaker at regional conferences, national and international. In addition, John is actively involved in community committees both local and provincial and national, including the project’s housing committee on the awarding of scholarships CMHC, where he held the post of first team Support for immigration as president of New Brunswick, as well as a member of the Provincial Advisory Committee to the Minister responsible for Housing Corporation of New Brunswick for the development of new guidelines and strategies to provide accommodation affordable. For his dedicated service, John has received several awards including the “Start of New Brunswick” award for his service to the community and the Medal Queen Elizabeth’s silver jubilee.
